Modern Electric and HSC Builders and Construction Managers engaged Circadia Group to spearhead the refurbishment of iconic outdoor post-top lantern fixtures at Johnson Hall, located on Johnson & Johnson’s World Headquarters campus in New Brunswick, NJ.
To deliver the care and craftsmanship required for this corporate landmark renovation, Circadia partnered with fixture renovation specialists. Critical aesthetic and structural parts were refabricated. And fixtures were completely disassembled, rewired, repainted, and restored to their original condition— successfully achieving strict UL Wet Location listing.
