Circadia Group delivered strategic preconstruction and planning support for Columbia University’s large-scale steam to low-temperature hot water campus conversion. Our team created an optimized building phasing plan, established a master project schedule tailored to flexible funding pathways, and conducted an initial general feasibility study. Columbia re-engaged Circadia to perform a deeper-dive feasibility analysis. This secondary review focused on building-specific mechanical readiness and site-specific civil constraints to guarantee a highly efficient and minimally disruptive campus utility overhaul.
